Knitworking with Creative Carmen

Last Saturday I caught up with the City Centre SnB (aka The Accents Knitting group).

I was absolutely facinated with Carmen’s latest recycling projects.

She was making a flower pot from a recycled water jug and adding a crocheted edge with raffia.

Also she was using an ingenious yarn holder that she made from a regular water bottle.

Carmen is a Spanish artist who cares about our environment. She designs and creates the most interesting accessories from jewellery to handbags using things from our day to day life.
